Exchange Policy – In-Store Purchases

 

 

At Ismeralda, we follow the traditions of Italian luxury boutiques, where quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful purchasing come first.

 

• We offer exchange only.

• Items must be returned within 7 days, with original tags attached and in their original condition.

• No refunds are issued.

 

 

Should a refund be exceptionally authorized, an administrative handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount (tax included).
